1.   The Regen Funding will provide qualified farmers with upfront grant capital of $150-300/acre for the implementation of regenerative farming practices such as; agroforestry, cover cropping, conservation tillage, annual to perennial conversations, holistic animal integration, etc.

2.   In exchange for upfront transition capital, the farmer provides carbon credit monetization privileges for those practices over a 20 year partnership. RFC will provide all the soil testing, carbon registration.

3.   Over a long-term partnership farmers and investors share in the profits of the carbon credits with the farmer earning a majority of the value from years 10-20. This is on a sliding payback scale depending on real time carbon sequestration and carbon market value.

4.   Regen takes on the risk of the carbon market being successful as a means for payback of the initial grant fund through carbon credit payments.

5.   Payments for carbon are variable based on current market price of carbon. Ie. If market values of carbon are at >$15/ton everyone gets paid more.

1.   We put farmers first. We provide upfront capital with long term partnerships to de-risk and support farmers in the transition to regenerative practices.

2.   We provide the opportunity for farmers to get paid to sequester carbon through the implentation of soil health practices.

3.  We provide education scholarships, technical assistance and soil health consulting to support farmers in their transition with more than money.

• US-based farm & ranch land, preferably owned and managed by you, the applicant or on a long term lease agreement with land owner
• Planning to adopt some of the following regenerative practices in the next 10 years
• Ideally, able to enroll at least 1000 acres over 10 years
• Able to provide digital field boundaries for the fields you want to enroll.
• Proof of land ownership/right to sign over carbon credits/project
• Willing to sign a 20 year partnership agreement to make best efforts at removing and storing carbon
