Steps: On Boarding Process

1. Fill out pre-qualification form HERE

2. Introductory phone call: if you meet pre-enrollment qualifications we will have an introductory phone call to review your qualifications together and discuss next steps.

3. Application: This will include historical farm data collection, developing a 10 year regenerative farm plan and budget for plan implementation. We can provide support for farm planning.

4. We will conduct carbon modeling, using COMETfarm, for historic practices and 10 years forward for proposed farm plan.

5. Signing the Contract: Agreement on regenerative farm plan, grant award and payment terms. Link to contract outline here.

6. Baseline monitoring: RFC will conduct baseline soil sampling and ecosystem service measurements.

7. Start building soil!
Per the agreed upon payment schedule RFC will issue a check to begin implementation of the farm plan.
